Fairbanks celebrate the Summer Solstice today! They celebrate the Midnight Sun all day and night long. Their celebration is like our Harbor Days only a lot bigger. Did I mention to you that in Alaska everything is comes large? They have some sort of a bug that is just humongous and wants to land on you when you are driving the down the road and kiss your neck! They tell us they are a beetle.
We took the shuttle bus into downtown Fairbanks today, Carl and I walked around. We did a lot of people watching!
We are back at the RV park we are resting. Wondering what to do next.
The laundry is done and the coach is clean. We are ready to starting rolling in the morning.
We will be staying in Anchorage and spending time with our nephew Richard Mantyla. We are looking forward to visiting with him.
From Anchorage we want to go to Seward, then from their I don't know.
Keep watching the blog.
